Job Opening: Business Development / Sales (AI & GEO) PionAIers

Will you help build the new standard in online visibility?

AI changes everything. How people search, how brands are found, and how businesses grow. At PionAIers we help organizations become visible not only in Google, but also in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We call this: GEO, Generative Engine Optimization.

And you?
You become the commercial face that convinces organizations that the AI train is departing now, and that they need to board with us.

Your role: you open doors that don't even exist yet

As a Business Development professional at PionAIers, you are not the standard salesperson making cold calls. You:

  • Spot opportunities in a market that is just emerging.
  • Explain why businesses no longer have enough with SEO alone, but must also claim AI discoverability.
    Conduct conversations with executives, marketing leads, and e-commerce teams about AI dominance, AEO/GEO strategies, and sustainable growth.
  • Sell solutions such as AI Readiness Scans, GEO Audits, AI strategy sessions, and AI training.
  • Build a commercial funnel that is smart, scalable, and effective.
  • Test new pitches, frameworks, and proposition models: you are co-architect of our growth.

In short: you help businesses become future-proof visible, before their competitors do.

What you bring:

  • You have commercial experience (B2B/agency/tech = major plus).
  • You get excited about terms like AI-visibility, conversational search, GEO, entity-building, citations, topical clusters and AEO. If you don’t know everything yet, you make sure you learn it quickly.
  • You easily switch between content, relationship building, and deal-closing.
  • You are creative in your commercial approach; enjoy testing new ideas.
  • You have energy, initiative, and persuasive power.
  • You enjoy working in a startup-like label within a mature agency (Zeo).
